There is a roomy kitchen that is open to the living room area with the two bedrooms off of there. One bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom and the master bedroom has an en-suite.

There is bedding for the sleeper couch in the second bedroom closet

Condo complex that is a loop that services all of the condos in the Foothills complex. Plenty of parking throughout and dumpsters located in several areas of the parking lots.

It is advised to drive but there around but there are plenty of sidewalks if you want to stroll to events that are close. Find a map of Branson and use the colored routes (Yellow, Red, Blue, Green) to short cut a lot of the congestion.

We allow up to two dogs under thirty pounds that are hypoallergenic . Please do not allow pets on furniture and beds. Extra cleaning fees will apply if needed.

Our TVs are smart TVs, they are set up for your streaming pleasure so be sure to bring your passwords for any subscriptions that you have. No local channels are available.
